Million Steels Pvt Ltd has proposed a comprehensive expansion project involving the installation of two 350 DRI kilns for producing 2,31,000 TPA of Sponge Iron. The project also includes a Steel Melting Shop with 4×20 T Induction Furnaces, 1×25 T Ladle Refining Furnace, and a Continuous Casting Machine with 4 strands of 6×11 m, aimed at producing 2,64,000 TPA of Billets. Additionally, the plan incorporates a Rolling Mill with a capacity of 20 TPH to produce 1,32,000 TPA of TMT bars & Wires and 1,32,000 TPA of light products such as angles, beams, and channels. A 30 MW Power Plant comprising 20 MW WHRB and 10 MW AFBC units is also part of the proposed expansion.
