Namma Metro is planning an integrated property development near KR Puram station, featuring an 11-storey building with two basement parking levels. Located 50 metres from the upcoming interchange station, the project will be developed under a 30-year public-private partnership (PPP) model. The upper floors will house commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and shopping malls, boosting non-fare revenue for the metro network.
