Narsingh Ispat proposes the expansion of its steel plant at Khunti, Kandra Road, Chandil, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Jharkhand. The expansion includes increasing pig iron production from 155,250 TPA to 414,000 TPA, sinter production from 207,000 TPA to 483,000 TPA, and captive power from 4 MW to 9 MW via BF Gas WHRB. Additionally, a 300,000 TPA ductile iron pipe plant and a 1,200 nm³/hr oxygen plant will be installed.
