The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has announced plans to launch a new housing scheme in June, shifting its focus to premium apartments instead of affordable ones. The scheme will feature 3BHK and 4BHK categories, catering to the rising demand for premium housing in the Noida and Greater Noida region. With the approval from the Greater Noida authority to increase floor area ratio, NBCC aims to build taller housing towers, offering a total of 13,500 apartments at a rate of ?6,000 per square feet.
