NBCC, University of Delhi Begin Rs. 370 Crore Hostel Project

NBCC (India) Limited, in collaboration with the University of Delhi, has initiated construction of a Rs. 370 crore Hostel-cum-Residential Block at the Dhaka Complex under the Institution of Eminence programme. Spread over 7.28 acres with a built-up area of 70,000 sq. m, the facility will provide accommodation for over 1,400 students in gender-segregated blocks comprising single, triple, married en-suite and master apartments. Project scope includes structural works, MEP systems, rooftop solar (55 kWp), rainwater harvesting, EV charging provision, waste management systems, landscaping covering 20 percent greenscape, parking for 400+ vehicles and internal amenities such as libraries, dining, recreation and support infrastructure.
