Nestlé adds new Maggi noodles line at Sanand plant

Nestlé India has commissioned a new Maggi Noodles production line at its Sanand factory in Gujarat, involving an investment of Rs. 85 crore through internal accruals. The additional line will increase capacity by 20,600 tonnes per annum, raising the plant’s total output to about 1,41,600 tonnes annually. Currently operating at 80% utilization, the facility’s expansion is scheduled for completion by FY 2025–26, enhancing overall manufacturing efficiency and meeting rising market demand.
