Nimbus Group Revives Arista Luxe Phase II in Noida

Nimbus Group is investing ?1,100 crore to develop Arista Luxe Phase II, a residential project in Sector 168, Noida. Spread across 10 acres, the project is being revived under the Legacy Stalled Projects Scheme with formal approvals from NOIDA and is being executed through a joint development agreement. The development includes 342 apartments across Towers 5, 7, 8, and 9, along with a clubhouse and common areas. Completion is targeted for 2029, with funding from bank finance, internal accruals, and institutional lenders.
