Noida approves Rs. 1,313 crore power upgrade

Noida’s power infrastructure is set for a major upgrade with a Rs. 1,313 crore plan under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme and SCADA control scheme. To be executed in two phases by 2027, the project includes underground cabling of 33kV and 11kV lines, construction of new substations, and strengthening of existing ones. A central control room in Sector 62 will monitor real-time operations. The initiative will improve reliability and ensure seamless electricity supply.
