NTPC-REL Initiates Bidding for 900 MW Solar Project in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh

NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC-REL) has launched an online bidding process for land and power evacuation packages essential for a 900 MW ISTS-connected solar project in the Neemuch region of Madhya Pradesh. The project mandates the acquisition of government or private contiguous land, amounting to 5 Acres per MW, on a freehold or leasehold basis near the Neemuch ISTS substation in Madhya Pradesh. The lease period for the land is set at 29 years and 11 months.
