OneAlpha launches logistics park in Oragadam, Tamil Nadu

OneAlpha Ventures has unveiled the OneAlpha Industrial & Logistics Park in Oragadam, Tamil Nadu, spread across 1.2 million sq. ft. Phase I of the project, comprising 600,000 sq. ft., is scheduled for completion by Q1 2026, followed by Phase II in Q1 2027. Designed to support auto and electronics manufacturers, the park will offer scalable and sustainable infrastructure solutions, boosting industrial capacity in the region.
