Panaji Smart City to Conduct Infrastructure and Heritage Study

Imagine Panaji Smart City Development (IPSCDL) will conduct a detailed study assessing the city’s roads, drains, water systems, and heritage structures. The consultancy tender, valued at Rs 97 lakh, is funded under the Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment scheme for 2025–26. The study will include traffic analysis, structural assessments, drainage planning, and 3D modelling, with special focus on conserving the Fontainhas Latin Quarter. The final concept plan is expected by December 15.
