Panattoni to build Rs. 800 crore logistics park in Kochi

Global industrial developer Panattoni has partnered with Edayar Zinc to develop a Grade A+ industrial and logistics park within the Edayar Industrial Area, Kochi. The project, part of Kerala Logistics & Industrial City (KLIC), will be executed in two phases, starting February 2026. Phase 1 spans 20 acres with 5.2 lakh sq. ft. infrastructure for e-commerce, FMCG, 3PL, and pharma users. Operations are expected by February 2027.
