Park Hotels seeks EC for expansion of Visakhapatnam hotel block

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has sought environmental clearance for constructing a new hotel building at T.S. No. 966, Waltair Ward, Beach Road, Visakhapatnam. The proposal adds 84 rooms, 11 suites, 4 deluxe rooms, banquet halls, restaurant, gym, spa and a G+5 parking block. The new built-up area is 22,112.26 sq.m, bringing the total to 27,352.26 sq.m including the existing structure.
