P&C Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder for the Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation’s tender to construct 896 quarters for police constables and head constables at Mansion Site in Chennai. The project, tendered under the CM Announcement Scheme, has an estimated cost of Rs. 300 crore. The company quoted Rs. 299.75 crore, with financial bids opened on 22 May 2025.
