Petro Carbon And Chemicals Limited plans to expand its existing Calcined Petroleum Coke plant at Haldia Industrial Growth Centre, West Bengal. The project includes installing a 72,000 TPA Electrically Calcined Anthracite Plant, a 60,000 TPA Coal Tar Distillation Plant, and revamping the Old Carbon Paste Plant.
