Punjab Government has awarded a Rs. 275 crore project for Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji State Institute of Medical Sciences in Kapurthala. The project includes a 300-bed hospital and medical college with 100 MBBS seats. The facility spans over 5 lakh sq ft and includes operation theatres, diagnostic centres, and academic infrastructure, with a 24-month execution timeline.
