Rashmi Green Hydrogen Steel has proposed setting up an integrated steel plant with a finished steel production capacity of 3.1 million tonnes per annum. The project is planned across Mouza Changual, Jethia, Khatranga, Gopinathpur, and Goyalara under Kharagpur (L) Police Station in Paschim Medinipur district, West Bengal.
