The tower A, which consists of a configuration of Cellar + Stilt + 10 Upper Floors, and tower B, which consists of Cellar + Stilt + 10 Upper Floors. The amenities block, which consists of Cellar+Ground+6 Upper floors. An environmental deck is provided in both Block A and Block B at the 6th floor level, located between the 5th and 7th floors, with a floor-to-floor height of 4.5 meters. The total number of residential units proposed is 270, which includes 190 (2 BHK) flats and 80 (3 BHK) flats.
