RRP Electronics plans to setup a semiconductor fabrication plant in Navi Mumbai after receiving a Letter of Comfort from Maharashtra for 100 acres. The project involves relocating a fab from Sherman, Texas, with a planned capacity of 1,25,000 wafers per month. Construction begins within six months, with Phase I commissioning by Q2/2026. The construction is likely to start in six months.
