Sri Lotus Developers and Realty will redevelop the Shree Amrit Society on Carter Road, Bandra, Mumbai, with an estimated project value of Rs. 2,000 crore. Built in the 1980s, the society comprises 53 flats across three wings on a 4,000 sq. metre leasehold plot. Post-redevelopment, residents will receive a 155% space increase. The project includes six lakh sq. ft. of built-up area on a sea-facing acre. Vacating is expected in 6–8 months, with construction spanning three years plus grace.
