SECI to Secure ?660 Crore Loan for 200 MW Solar Project in Madhya Pradesh

Solar Energy Corporation of India has invited proposals from financial institutions to raise a Rs 660 crore term loan for a 200 MW solar PV project in Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh. The project, being implemented under CPSU Scheme Phase-II, has an estimated cost of Rs 944.78 crore with an 80:20 debt-equity structure and includes Viability Gap Funding of about Rs 44.72 lakh per MW. Power will be supplied to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited under a 25-year PPA at Rs 2.45 per kWh. The bid submission deadline has been extended to 11 May 2026, with commissioning targeted by May 2027.
