Sembcorp secures 150 MW wind-solar hybrid project from SECI
Sembcorp Green Infrastructure Private Limited
Sembcorp Green Infrastructure Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, has secured a 150 MW wind-solar hybrid project from the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) as part of SECIs larger 600 MW bid. The electricity generated will be sold to SECI under a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA). The project is expected to begin commercial operations within 24 months after finalising the PPA and will be funded through internal funds and debt.
