Shivtek to Set Up Chemical Plant at Rajpura

Shivtek Spechemi Industries

Shivtek Spechemi Industries, has signed an MoU with Bodal Chemicals to acquire around eight acres of land in Rajpura, Punjab, for setting up a specialty chemical manufacturing unit. The facility will produce chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and green plasticisers, supported by direct chlorine pipeline access from Bodal’s adjoining plant. It will feature solar energy, ZLD systems, and emissions controls. Operations are slated to begin by late 2026, subject to MoEF clearance.
