Shriram Properties has secured a significant 4-acre land parcel in Chandapura, a prime micro-market near Electronic City in Bengaluru. The acquisition marks the company’s intent to develop a prestigious residential project in this highly sought-after area. The project is expected to cover approximately 4 lakh sq-ft of total saleable area and will include around 350 thoughtfully designed apartments. Scheduled for development over the next three years, Shriram Properties aims to launch this landmark project during the current financial year (FY25).
