Environmental clearance is sought for the expansion of the Shubhashish Marina group housing project at Part-A of Khasra Nos. 2520, 2521, 2535, and 2536, Village Goner, Tehsil Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The total plot area is 8,904.61 sq m, with a gross built-up area of 27,795.35 sq m, including the ongoing 18,916.63 sq m and the proposed 8,878.72 sq m. The existing project has already received Consent to Establish for 19,582.27 sq m.
