SiCsem Plans Semiconductor Fabrication Unit in Bhubaneswar

SiCsem, in collaboration with UK-based Clas-SiC Wafer Fab Ltd, will establish a silicon carbide (SiC) compound semiconductor fabrication facility in Bhubaneswar. The approved project is designed to produce 60,000 wafers annually and package 96 million semiconductor units per year.
