Signature Global Plans Rs.17,000 Crore Housing Launch in Gurugram

Signature Global will launch housing projects worth Rs 17,000 crore in FY26, adding nearly 10 million sq. ft., primarily in Gurugram. Already, Rs 4,000 crore of projects covering 1.8 million sq. ft. are launched, with the remaining 7.5–8 million sq. ft., valued at Rs 12,000–13,000 crore, planned by the festive season. Key developments include 3.5–4 million sq. ft. on Dwarka Expressway and four million sq. ft. along Southern Peripheral Road.
