Six New Marriott Hotels Planned Across Four Indian Cities

Ventive Hospitality, backed by Blackstone and Panchshil Group, will partner with Marriott International to develop six new hotels in India over five years, adding 1,600 rooms. The hotels will be located in Varanasi, Mundra, Pune, and Navi Mumbai. Two propertiesa 161-room hotel in Varanasi and a 200-room hotel in Gujaratwill be directly owned by Ventive. The other four, including a JW Marriott and three Moxy hotels, will be developed by Panchshil Group on leased land with acquisition options.
