Sterlite Power Acquires Neemrana II Kotputli Transmission Project, Expands Portfolio

Sterlite Power, a prominent power transmission developer, has acquired Neemrana II Kotputli Transmission Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), from PFC Consulting Limited. The project, secured through the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process, will be developed as a Green Energy project under the BOOT model for 35 years. This marks Sterlite Power’s twentieth power transmission project in India, contributing to their portfolio of approximately INR 14,000 Crores worth of projects.
