Syrma SGS Technology has entered into a joint venture with Italy-based Elemaster Tecnologie Elettroniche to form Syrma SGS Elemaster. The JV will establish a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility at Bommasandra, Bengaluru, with advanced SMT, THT, and box-build lines.
