Tata Motors launches JLR plant in Tamil Nadu

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles has inaugurated its JLR CKD manufacturing facility at Panapakkam, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu. The project involves an investment of Rs 9,000 crore and will expand production of JLR vehicles in India. The new facility is poised to become a strategic hub for luxury automotive production, significantly enhancing the localized assembly of premium Jaguar Land Rover models for the domestic market.
