TGSPDCL invites bids for underground cabling in GHMC area

The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL) is inviting firms to replace existing overhead lines with underground cables across the GHMC area and adjoining municipalities, within the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The project covers 498 substations, 1,280 km of 33 KV underground cables, and 21,463 km of 11 KV overhead lines, among other infrastructure. TGSPDCL plans to implement the project under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) or other feasible funding models, involving detailed survey, design, installation, testing, and O&M.
