Township Contract Awarded for YTPS Project

Power Mech Projects Limited

Power Mech Projects has bagged a contract from TSGENCO for infrastructure works linked to the 5×800 MW Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS) in Veerlapalem, Nalgonda district. The project includes engineering and construction of a complete township to support the thermal power facility. Scope covers independent and multistoried residential quarters, as well as community infrastructure like a hospital, school, clubhouse, sports complex, commercial spaces, roads, water tanks, sewage treatment, and drainage. Site development works such as grading and levelling are also part of the job. Completion timeline is 30 months from site handover.
