?31,429 Crore Worth of IKGS Projects Enter Construction Phase

Eighty-six projects worth ?31,429 crore whose EOIs were received during the Invest Kerala Global Summit (IKGS) held in Kochi last February, have begun construction, representing over 20% of the 424 proposals received. These developments are set to generate around 40,439 jobs. Of the total, 268 projects have secured land, while 156 await allotment. Major projects starting in July and August include BlueStar Realtors, Canyo Health, Kaynes Technology, Renai Medicity, Bharat Biotech, Green Worms Waste Management, and Adani Logistics, collectively driving industrial growth across Kerala.
