Bharat Biotech, through its subsidiary Sapigen Biologix, has established a Rs 1,500 crore vaccine manufacturing facility at Odisha Biotech Park, Bhubaneswar. With a capacity to produce eight billion vaccine doses annually and manufacture 10 different vaccines, the facility is among the largest globally. While commissioned, formal inauguration is pending.
