SP Sai IT Seeks EC Renewal with Expansion for Tower 5

SP Sai IT Private Limited has applied for environmental clearance (EC) renewal along with an expansion plan for Tower 5. Construction of Tower Avenue, T2, T3, and T4 has been completed, while Tower 1 and the clubhouse are 75% and 20% completed, respectively. The validity of the previous EC has expired. The project will retain the same plot area, but the built-up area is set to increase from 3,38,402.548 sqm to 3,54,761.085 sqm.
