RRVUNL and SCCL sign MoU for 1,600 MW thermal projects

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RRVUNL)

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam and Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL) have signed an MoU to develop 1,600 MW thermal power projects in Telangana, with Rajasthan and Telangana receiving 800 MW each. Additionally, RVUNL plans a 1,500 MW solar park in Rajasthan with a Rs. 6,000 crore investment. The total estimated investment for both projects is Rs.22,000 crore.
