JSW-POSCO’s Rs.35,000 Crore Steel Plant in Keonjhar

The high-level clearance authority (HLCA) of the Odisha government has recently approved JSW Steel Ltd’s Rs.35,000 crore investment, in partnership with South Korea’s POSCO, for a five MTPA integrated steel plant in Keonjhar district. The project will generate 8,000 jobs and boost Odisha’s steel industry.
