RITES Wins DPR Contract for Kochi Metro Phase 3

Kochi Metro Rail has selected RITES Ltd. as the lowest bidder to prepare the Detailed Project Report for Kochi Metro’s Phase 3. The 14 km extension will connect Aluva to Angamaly via Cochin International Airport, expanding the existing 27.96 km Line-1 from Aluva to Tripunithura. The consultancy contract, tendered in January 2025, has a 180-day completion deadline.
