NBCC Invites Bids for Patna Housing Project

NBCC (India) Ltd has floated an EPC tender for developing a residential housing project (Phase-II) in Bahadurpur, Patna, Bihar. The project covers 2.632 acres and includes three residential towers (Stilt + 10 floors), along with EWS and LIG housing units (Stilt + 11 floors). Facilities include a club, podium with swimming pool, parking, STP, underground water tank, WTP, pump room, boundary wall, gate office, and electrical substation. The built-up area is approx. 35,744 sq.m. The selected contractor will be responsible for design, engineering, construction, and 5 years of O&M. Completion deadline is 18 months. Bids close on 02 June 2025.
