The development will include four residential towers (Blocks A–D) with 2 basements, 3 podiums, and 36 residential floors above a landscape lobby, along with a ground-plus-six clubhouse. With a built-up area of 2,40,979.19 sq.m, the project comprises 780 residential units, including 711 3BHK and 69 4BHK apartments.
