Establishment of an Onshore Crude Oil Processing and Storage Facility (Intermediate Tank Farm) at Naoholia, Dibrugarh District, Assam. The proposed project involves the establishment of an Intermediate Tank Farm (ITF) at Naoholia to facilitate the receipt, processing, and dispatch of crude oil. The facility is intended to support the anticipated increase in crude oil output and address low ullage conditions by enhancing overall storage and processing capacity. The processed dry crude oil will be stored at the ITF and subsequently dispatched to the Central Tank Farm (CTF) at Duliajan for onward transfer to refineries.
