Prostarm to Install 30MW BESS in Bihar

Prostarm Info Systems Limited

Prostarm Info Systems has received a Letter of Intent from Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited for setting up a 30MW/120 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The project will operate under the BOOT model for 12 years across multiple GSS locations of BSPTCL in Bihar. Awarded via Tariff Based Competitive Bidding, it includes Viability Gap Funding support. The rental is set at Rs. 4.44 lakh per MW per month, amounting to Rs. 15.98 crore annually.
