Odishas Kalinganagar to get ?1.15 lakh crore industrial boost

Kalinganagar in Odishas Jajpur district will see ?1.15 lakh crore investment across 24 industrial projects, creating 36,000 jobs. Key projects include Tata Steels ?47,599 crore expansion of its 5 MTPA steel plant and Neelachal Ispat Nigams ?61,769 crore steel plant expansion. Other sectors involved are ferro alloys, chemicals, solar energy, automotive components, warehousing, and food processing. These investments will strengthen the regions industrial growth, promote MSMEs, and drive economic development with modern technology.
