First Central Secretariat Building Completed Under Central Vista Redevelopment

Kartavya Bhavan-03 at Kartavya Path, Delhi, the first facility under the Common Central Secretariat project of the Central Vista redevelopment, has been completed. Spanning 1.5 lakh sq m with a 40,000 sq m basement and 600-car parking, it includes 24 conference rooms, 67 meeting rooms, and various amenities. The building will house multiple key ministries and features GRIHA-4 sustainability measures. Ten CCS buildings are planned in phases, with CCS-1 and CCS-2 due next month and CCS-10 by April 2026.
