Sumadhura Infracon as proposed an expansion of its residential development with a clubhouse. The project, spread over a plot area of 82,782.79 sq m, will increase the total built-up area to 4,59,779.01 sq m. The number of units will rise from 752 to 1,650. The development will include Wings A to K, each with three basements, ground floor, and 18 upper floors (3B+G+18UF).
