Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City Infra Works to Begin

Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation

The Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City in Sangareddy, spread across 12,300 acres, is set to begin infrastructure works under the Hyderabad-Nagpur Industrial Corridor. Phase-I covers 3,245 acres, allocating 1,900 acres for industries, 650 acres for green zones, and balance for residential, commercial, logistics, and amenities. Backed by TGIIC and NICDIT, the project targets Rs.15,000 crore investment and two lakh jobs. Tenders are in progress, with Phase-I completion expected in 18 months.
