A 295-hectare integrated township project worth Rs.2,570 crore has been launched in Mohiuddinpur, Meerut. The township is being developed by the Meerut Development Authority (MDA). The development will include residential, industrial, and commercial zones, with provisions for affordable housing targeting NCR residents. Key features of the township include schools, a medical college, and consolidated divisional offices, aimed at generating employment and attracting industries.
