GMADA Begins ?457 Crore Aerotropolis Township Development

Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA)

GMADA has initiated development of its seventh township, Aerotropolis, spread across 5,500 acres as an extension of Aerocity. The first phase covers 927 acres and includes Blocks B, C, and D. GMADA has floated tenders for internal roads, sewerage, stormwater drainage, and underground electrical infrastructure. Construction will commence post-allotment and is expected to be completed within 18 months.
