AM Green, promoted by the founders of Greenko Group, plans to scale up bamboo-based ethanol production following the commissioning of its Rs. 4,500 crore biorefinery in Golaghat, Assam. The facility will utilise bamboo biomass to produce ethanol, supporting renewable fuel adoption and reducing dependence on conventional feedstocks.
